     IPLT20 CRICKET SCORECARD

Welcome to the post match presentation news of match between MI and KKR. It was a quite interesting match today because both the teams were playing to win. It was a must win situation for Mumbai becuase they want to get 2 points and to be over Hyderabad in points table while Kolkata have to win to stay in the race of play offs.

Mumbai Indians won the toss and elected to bat first. Today Sachin  was in a good mood to dispatch the ball out of the ground and he did the same. He scored superb 48 runs in just 28 balls with 8 fours. The ground shots were superb and Smith other end playing a quite game. He scored 47 runs in 53 balls with 7 fours. When both openers got out then other batsmen were getting out as well. Rohit Sharma, Pollard, Rahudu and Harbhajan were got out in quick succession but Dinesh Karthik scored quick fire 34 runs in 18 balls with 3 fours and 2 sixes. McLaren was bit expensive from KKR. He gave 60 runs in his 4 overs and took 2 wickets as well.

Kolkata Knight Riders were playing a knok out game. They lost gowtham Gambhir in the first over of the inning. It was a good bowl by michel Johnson who is in superb form for last few matches. They it wasn't any partnerships were going for them. They were loosing wickets at regular intervals and they lost the match as well. P Ojha and Harbhajan Singh were bowling superbly today. Harbhajan got 3 wickets while Ojha got 2 of them and at the end Johnson got 2 wickets as well. Mumbai Indians got 2 points and get the 2nd spot in the IPL 6 points table as well. Kolkata might be out of the tournament after this loss.

The  ICC Champions Trophy 2013  is a ODI cricket tournament held in England and Wales between 6 and 23 June 2013. Three cities will host the tournament's matches: London (at The Oval). Birmingham (at Edgbaston) and Cardiff (at Cardiff Wales Stadium). The winners of the  ICC Champions Trophy 2013 will earn $2,000,000 in prize money, the largest amount since the tournament's inception. It will be the seventh and finalICC Champions Trophy, as it is due to be replaced by the ICC World Test Championship in 2017.
The ICC Champions Trophy is a One Day International (ODI) cricket tournament organised by the International Cricket Council (ICC),

second in importance only to theCricket World Cup. It was inaugurated as the ICC Knock Out Tournament in 1998 and has been played approximately every two years since, its name changing to the Champions Trophy in 2002.
The number of teams competing has varied over the years; originally all the ICC's full members took part, and from 2000 to 2004 associate members were also involved.
Since 2009, the tournament has only involved the eight highest-ranked ODI teams as of six months prior to the tournament. The ICC intends that the 2013 Champions Trophy will be the last, with its place in the cricketing calendar taken by a new ICC World Test Championship

The  ICC Champions Trophy 2013 will be contested by eight teams that which are seeded and divided into 2 groups. Each team play every other team in its group once. Following the group stage, the top 2  teams from each group progresses to the semi-finals, where the winner of Group A plays the runner up of Group B (in the 1st semi-final) and the winner of Group B plays the runner up of Group A (in the 2nd semi-final). The winners of the semi-finals contest the Final.
